"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at the Riu Palace Kukulkan! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I also loved that there was always something to do. Whether you wanted to relax or have fun, there was something for everyone. One of my favorite things about the resort was the variety of pools. There was an activity pool where they hosted games like volleyball, a lively swim-up bar that felt like a fun party every day, and two quieter pools that were perfect for relaxing and unwinding when you wanted a more peaceful atmosphere. I really appreciated having options depending on the vibe I was in. The food, entertainment, and overall atmosphere made this a trip I’ll never forget. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Riu Palace Kukulkan to anyone looking for a beautiful, fun, and relaxing all-inclusive vacation!"

"The resort is small which I appreciate because we could get between food options and the pool and our room quickly. The staff does a great job cleaning our room but also attending to us around the resort. The private beach is ok as the staff there does not care about you at all and does not bother asking if you need anything or showing you around. It is quick getting to that beach and there is enough places to sit but being about the resort was a much better experience. The resort isn’t busy so it’s fun and easy. The food was great at all but one restaurant. Would have loved if room service was included but they make you pay 10USD when ordering room service. The robe and slippers were also not included in the room unless you pay to be a Vantage member which seemed silly. Great experience overall and would recommend."
