"The property was not busy with spring breakers. Very family-oriented with a number of activities for both children and adults. The staffs were very kind and happy to guest have returned. Another important factor was safety. The resort had many activities, and the sheer size of the property kept us busy the whole week, and we did not need to leave the resort. However, we did leave to explore on our second visit. The property also provided excellent food(personal favorite: Los Tacos, Tavola, and Habibi)and drinks(Alcohol included). We had the opportunity to upgrade to the walk-up pool, and we enjoyed our pool and room services.
Big shout out to a great staff named Santiago Manuel, who works as a supervisor in bowling. Thank you so making our stay so wonderful. We hope you were able to work outside the bowling area so that other guests can see how amazing of a staff the Grand Moon has in hand. It was nice to have met you, and I hope to see you once again. If the company hires ten more of you, there will be no angry guest...but if an angry guest comes to see you, they will walk away with a smile and a great compliment such as this! "
