The resort layout is brilliantly designed, the deck bar sits behind the pool, keeping it intimate and private, while opening up to a stunning ocean view that stops you in your tracks whether you're at the bar or relaxing on the couches. The food is outstanding across the board. Authentic, lovingly prepared Mexican cuisine at the restaurants, great casual dining at the deck bar, and breakfasts that were a highlight every single day — fresh juices, custom omelettes, pastries, and rich Mexican classics. "The hotel smelt damp. The water from the tap and shower smelt too. It was a party hotel which is fine if you’re up for that kind of thing, but if you want a bit of a balance, the Diamond Club is worth the extra to get a “slightly” quieter piece of beach and pool. Food generally was mediocre, but again as a party hotel it was fine."

"Incredible resort, amazing staff, beautiful beaches and pools, and delicious food with tons of options. This is my family and I's favorite resort by far, so much so that I had to go back. We've stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, and it is still our favorite. Since it's at the apex of the peninsula, the resort also feels super private!"
