"The time share company on site was trying to hard to make sales. There were no actual take home information for consideration. It was all " buy now for best deal" tactics. The wildlife on site was nice. Love the Mexican raccoons."

"This was a great place to bring a toddler! The water park was awesome. The facilities are very clean. All the restaurants had high chairs that made everything convenient. Overall it was really nice and relaxing get away. The only thing that I would say that needs to be improved is they need to have locks on the inside of the doors to help keep toddlers in. My son kept opening our hotel room door from the inside there was no way to keep it shut no latch or anything of sort that can only be unlocked from the inside. Aside from this it was really great but that's an area that can be improved"

"The place clean and staff is excellent and friendly majority of them. I only encountered two that seem miserable. The reason why I gave the staff a four on the rating. I did not like the beach. It was rundown and I do understand from the hurricane, but they could've done a better job cleaning up the seaweeds. I am a beach person and that was not on the website that the beach needs a lot of improvement so this did put a damper on my stay cause I do not like pools. The best were comfortable, but the linen is worn down and needs an upgrade in that department, housekeeping was amazing!!! Overall , it was a pleasant stay."
