All the staff were really good. It was a stone's throw to lots of great restaurants, shopping and the beach. It has a nice shaded area between the two rooftop pools. We ate breakfast at the buffet, there was a lot of selection and everything was fresh. Will definitely go back to this hotel.

The rooms balcony and bathroom were old and not cleaned property. They still looked dirty after being cleaned which means it’s time to upgrade. The bed also needed upgrading. I will not stay here again. I’ve stayed at other hotels nearby and they are much better.

I liked location close to Quinta Ave. I didn't enjoy their buffet presentation made food look old and unappetizing. Customer service was not the best .. because we were VIP no one said anything about the drinks or room upgrade. Omg!! The bathroom strangest layout the sink was in the middle no privacy to wash hands or brush teeth.
