"The hotel was great! Beautiful views, clean facilities, friendly staff. Room was basic no coffee maker/ tv. We had a fridge and a safe. Gorgeous views from lobby and our balcony every day. Morning coffee in lobby appreciated. Access to Kinha easy, breakfast good every day. Snorkeling great off the dock. Surrounding area had walkable eateries, pharmacy. Transportation options - bus or taxi right at door step. Can book golf cart if needed. Can walk to Garrafon and Punta Sur if you are a walker. "

"10/10 stay for our group of 10 adults on a friends trip (we had the guest house too). Beach towels, toiletries, bathing towels all provided. The villa itself is impeccably designed and the aesthetics and views are fabulous. Amazing private chef (highly recommend opting for this). Chef Luis and his team were amazing and each meal was better than the last (we all agreed they were the best meals we had on the island). They were able to accommodate several dietary restrictions and allergies and even prepared special dishes for a few people as needed. As the planner of the vacation, the host Angel and Chef Luis made my job easy and our group had a fabulous, memorable vacation!!!! I thought the reviews were too good to be true… but I was wrong, it’s that good. "

"We had 6 family members (Mom & Dad, my daughter and her husband and two daughters, 19 & 28). My 28 year old daughter lives on the island so we have a built in guide tour. The property is located in the South end of the island, but close enough to drive a golf cart all the way to the North point to experience the beach and downtown fun, restaurants and yoga at the Tree House with Cristobal & Kayla (which was a highlight of the trip). The pool at the property was an amazing along to hang out and the upper deck offers both sunrise and sunset views that are spectacular. The master bedroom has an incredible view of the water and the Cancun city skyline. We spent so much time in the pool deck and upper deck watching boats sail by and taking in the crystal clear blue & green water. The property manager was very responsive and we even had a person come by to walk us through everything for check in. He also made us chips and guacamole and chips for our arrival. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance and the Mayan path is a short walk away and a must see for beautiful ocean & rock views. The property is “ad advertised” and we highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to experience first class service, amazing views and a perfect functioning property for family."

"Very pretty and quaint property away from all the business of Playa Norte. Very close to punta sur, only a 10 minute walk. We came to relax and enjoy the beauty and this property delivered. It’s small and older but it’s beautiful and very charming. We would definitely return. "
