"We stayed for one night and then spent $6000 to change to a different resort we were having such an awful time. The entire vibe feels like an overpriced hotel with a community pool vibe. Nothing like the other resorts we have stayed at in Mexico. The food was inedible. It was awful. The service was awful. When we went to the buffet each time we had to find a waiter after sitting for 10-15+ minutes to ask for a drink. And when we did they seemed viciously annoyed we were even asking. The elevators were beyond slow. We would wait more than 20 minutes for an elevator because half of them were out of service. The vibes were just atrocious. I’m not someone who is generally picky, but when you’re spending that kind of money you want a good experience. It was just not good at all. The building itself felt gloomy with all the restaurants very close together, I felt like I was in a run down shopping mall. Don’t waste your money. Learn from my mistakes "
