Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Rooms were very clean, staff personable, and overall experience was great. However the food at Jasmine’s was served cold, particularly wasn’t my favorite for it to be advertised as preferred VIP dining, it did not meet the standard as far as food quality.

Copal Tulum Hotel
The clean and fast check in, so welcoming. The walk to the room was beautiful. The rooftop ,garden view with private pool was spectacular. The aroma of the entire suite was matching the vibe just beautiful. Very spacious,clean, well thought out suite.

The staff was incredible—so attentive, kind and professional. Akumal has an amazing high-end buffet. We love the resort and will be returning! The only down side their hotel app for restaurant bookings doesn’t function properly.
