"Ok, so we arrived and because I was preferred customer I was preferred they took me to a different check in lounge. They make you fill out a bunch of papers I said ok fine. After that a sales rep comes and basically makes you commit to a breakfast and why not. Now let me break down the details of my trip:
My room: it smelled so so bad I couldn’t even handle it. After my complain, they sent 2 technicians that tried to fix it and told me everything was fine. Ok, so I decided to unpack my stuff... 30 mins later boom the smell again. And of course I complained again. They told me they didn’t have any other rooms and that they will do their best to accommodate me. I spend hours waiting when I went to ask about my room.. oh we can give me another room, instead of upgrading me; they were downgrading me. I said no, I paid for Swim out and that’s what I want. After hours of waiting I finally got another room. This other one was ok, no smell! However, no welcoming champagne or fruits! The mini bar was incomplete and it was never restock! Oh and let me mention about their towel, oh boy the pool towers were actually better than the room towel.
Food: food was good but service is very very slow! The selection of food is very limited as well. No buffers available. In the hibachi you have to get what they give you “no other way around” the Mexican restaurant was very good with real Mexican dishes however service extra slow.
