Great hotel stay. Shuttle service is very poor and very disappointing. Food at the hotel is average and repetitive for breakfast and lunch. Overall it’s a 6/10 resort at best and I would recommend not staying here unfortunately

Stayed at Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive in September 2025. The resort is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Pools are great, though the beach is small. However, my room had a hole near the sliding door that leaked during storms. Room service was limited, and the food overall was mediocre—edible, but not impressive. Best restaurants were Noriku and La Luce. Entertainment was underwhelming with basic nightly shows.

The hotel is not at Tulum, it is 15 minutes away by car at Chemuyil. -The beach is full of rocks and sargasso. -Two restaurants were closed for renovations, other was only for Enclave members !! -Bicycles are only used for visiting the SPA and the Conrad hotel with a guide, helmet and safety vest. -The pool towels are collected 5 pm, so if you want to swim later there are no towels ! - The beach has no service staff.

We love how happy the emoyees are with being at the property. The cleanliness was top notch. The evening entertainment are so much fun. The traditional Mexican dance performance group Thursday night on September 11th were phenomenal, I wish I could watch them again.

Although this looks a brand new hotel with a beautiful design I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel. Service isn’t very good, at the steakhouse Auma the host Carlos was quite unfair and rude, we missed the time for making a reservation but the concierge said maybe we can try as walk ins and a table could be available if any guest didn’t show up or canceled. We did so, on our way we met some other guests on the cart to the restaurant under the same situation. We were first in line, and Carlos denied us the table, while he gave a table to the guests behind us just because they were a group of women. There were 7 available tables. This was discrimination. The property’s maintenance isn’t the best, pools have unstick missing tiles, dangerous for the feet. Common areas bathrooms are normally dirty. Wines are very low quality ones and food is average. Our room keys didn’t work in several times, even twice a day. Walking from the room to the lobby takes around 30 mins, taking a cart around 15, this was very annoying. The best thing of the hotel was the coffee bar.
