Great staff, this hotel really redefined my view on all inclusive resorts, the food was incredible, the facilities are brand new, great for kids, lots of pools, just an amazing stay and property. Highly recommend this to anyone. My only complain would be the motor lobby, its sooo tight, lots of traffic and very difficult to get in and out

Angel and Arcangel stood out the most from the breakfast buffet! They made the most of my trip. As for the rest of the resort, this was my second time here. This time around it was very quiet, no music, not much night entertainment. The bracelet for the resort were coming off and if you lose them you have to pay $150USD for a replacement when the staff do not place them correctly on your wrists. I also booked reservations with the concierge at Hilton Tulum and for some reason none of the bookings were not confirmed through email. Alot of miscommunication between staff and managers at the restaurants especially at Noriko. I would return here again but definitely come during the more festive season Feb-April.

Hilton Tulum was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed on, lots of people from different countries and backgrounds. The staff are a 10/10, never had a problem with any one of them. At the lobby bar there are 2 guys that stood out to my partner and I, we forgot the other guys name but Daniel was extremely amazing his service was a 100/100 most sweetest guy ever. There was lots of sight seeing and animals as well loll. The room(s) are extremely clean and room service was a 10/10 anytime we called they were on GO! Which was amazing. First time in Mexico lots of memories and wonderful people. To the people in Hilton Tulum we say Thank you see you guys soon!

Stunning views and wonderful staff. The hotel and all the bathrooms were clean. Loved the aesthetic of the hotel and each restaurant had different theme. Picture perfect.

We had to call everyday for room service. Our AC was not working properly & it was not fixed during our stay. We also disliked the food. Do not recommend.
