My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. Great food options, quiet beach access and amazing staff. The hotel isn't too far from off-resort activities, although you will need to drive to get around. Highly recommend, we'd come back again.

Location is roughly 40 minutes from the airport. The rooms are fairly spacious and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was good and the 5 different restaurants we attended were great. I definitely recommend this place

Beautiful resorts with lots of food options and beautiful views. There’s plenty of restaurants for dinner and lunch options. The beach area is great with calm ocean water to swim. The outside area is nice with lots of staff available at all times. Lots of entertainment during day and night. Beautiful family resort to enjoy vacation.

Its a nice property overall but everything is average. Its very crowded and restaurants are just ok. Drinks and baverages are really bad. Everywhere is far apart. It was a very bad experience after Tulum. The beach is not pristine but the sea is good for kids because lots of corals and fish. Breakfasts are ok but could be better. Its actually what we expected from an all inclusive Hilton. If you like All Inclusive with budget prices its Ok. Kids will like it but not sure about you:)

The team really did their best to provide a great service, we were in casa 6, of waiting time for the shuttle and arrive. The last day they had s conference, so very crowded. ALSO very average food at the restaurant. Always cold food, by the time the food came out was room temperature or cold.

Stay was nice. Staff was wonderful! The food was good and entertainment was fun. The beach is rocky so if you want a nice sandy beach this is not for you! Other than that it was nice.

I love the ocean/ beach views. Staff were just so kind and helpful all the time. It was a peaceful and tranquil place. Just so beautiful. Kids area had everything to keep my son busy. Staff again was great!
