"Staff were amazing, pool was great, the room was really cute. AC and the ceiling fan combo were great after spending time outdoor in the sun. We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards. However the breakfast was too salty we skipped the other day even when it was included in our bill. (I would only recommend the pancakes!) The water pressure was really bad it was just dripping. It was little annoying but with the service we’ve gotten from the staff, this is tolerable. "

"My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. PROS: • Friendly Staff • Clean Hotel • Our room stayed COLD • Yummy Food (eggs at breakfast, burgers, fries, grilled chicken, mexican street corn - all DELICIOUS) • Towels Always Smelled Nice • Great Location - Walking distance to restaurants & shopping CONS: • Our bed was FIRM. And we don't sleep on a pillowtop at home ▪︎ F I R M. • They don't provide free bottled water, only a carafe. Granted they will fill it as often as you like but it was a little bit of a pain. • They ask you not to flush toilet paper. I assume this is because the location is in the City & not in the big touristy areas, I don't know. We've never been asked that on any of our trips to MX so it was unexpected. So go with a little travel bidet from Amazon ($9). • There isnt a lot of room for clothing. No drawers, just 6 or so hangers & a couple of shelves. But there is plenty of room for toiletries. "
