Partial ocean view room was absolutely stunning. The ambiance of the room and hotel, fit tulum vibe completely. The only downside was the sargassum on the beach, which the hotel could not help. However made it hard to sit on the beautiful balcony due to the smell.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was amazing and very accommodating and super nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast on the beach was amazing. Food at Fara Fara and Remu was high quality and nice to have on site. Overall, very happy with stay at Tago.

The hotel is beautiful, we loved utilizing the pool / hot tub. The staff, Emmanuel, was the best, he showed hospitality from greeting us with drinks, taking our suitcases, giving us recommendations, hailing a cab and trying to translate for us. The staff were amazing and the service was impeccable. The room was divine with space and layout. Overall, would highly recommend for a stay. The only downfall was it was a lot of seaweeds on the beach.
