"This resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Jose, who was our waiter on several occasions, always provided warm, attentive, and exceptional service that made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and our favorite dining experience was at the Hibachi restaurant. The chef was entertaining, engaging, and made the meal a lot of fun for both the adults and the kids. There are just a few things I hope the resort considers improving in the future. The Kids Club family time is scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., which is the hottest part of the day. It might be more enjoyable for families if it were offered earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon. The buffet also closes from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. while transitioning between menus, which isn't ideal for families with younger children who may need to eat during that time. Lastly, the rooms felt a bit warm during the hottest part of the day, even with the thermostat set to 23°C. Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"This review is based on facts only. An emotion-based review would have been unprofessional and very messy.3 Positive points1. Chef Daniel prepared wonderful meals for us and was a pleasure to work with! He even went out of his way to help us with a medical issue. He provided lovely candlelight meals for us in spite of power outages. Daniel made great effort to make our trip better.2. The villa is beautiful.3. The view is incredible.Points that should make you consider looking elsewhereWe were there 5 nights/4 days with 10 people in our group…Day 1-Electricity went out, leaving the house very hot. It is noted several places throughout the house that generators and solar panels would keep the power on, but not the air conditioners. Even so, Jean Luc told us that the entire bay is facing electricity shortages but their “own generator, solar panels and batteries are disconnected”. Day 2-Electricity went outPool pump went out, leaving water murky for the duration of our stay. We were told “we are very much used to this situation”.Day 3-Electricity went out for 10 hours and stayed out through part of day 4. No running water or working commodes during this time No pool repairDay 4-No pool repair. Water was murky 3 out of 4 days. I indicated that our stay was good based solely on Chef Daniel, the beauty of the house and the view."

"Edith & Yobany were excellent! I highly recommend placing a grocery order prior to your arrival. Also, place dinner request on your initial night. It is a huge help to have fridge and pantry stocked, and dinner ready when you arrive. House was clean, views are perfect! Kayaks and paddle boards were used everyday."

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."
