"The swim-up pools on the balconies were amazing!! The restaurants had great food - the buffet was themed each night which we didn't figure out till closer to the end of our stay - the restaurants had weird schedules and weren't open each night and there was no calendar for this in the app or website either so a couple of the nights we had to wander around to find food - not cool. We discovered there is 24/7 Room Service with a really great menu that you can order directly from the app/website using your smart phone. From the time of order to a knock on the door was less than 15min - FANTASTIC!! The map we received at check-in was also wrong - the guacamayas bar was listed as being on the Seaside Suites and it was moved to the Palms side. Were told the resort was moving some things around - which we get as its low season but either update the map or don't give one out. The entertainment was amazing, lots of little activities each night to take in - from live singing in the plaza, fire show on the beach or reggae band at the outdoor bar, such fun! The events app/webpage left lots to be desired, many events were not listed and we didn't figure this out till the last night there when we were walking around. There was supposed to be an acrobatics show one night in the sports bar and no-one showed up, asked the staff and was told that's tomorrow - went back the next night and nothing either. Overall, I'd stay here again"

"This resort is simply amazing, all the staff members were super helpful and attentive.they took care of your needs within the first 2 minutes of walking in to an area. The staff made sure everything was taken care of. The resort is super clean and very decorative. They had a super clean aroma throughout the resort which was amazing and relaxing. The gym is well equipped and offered several machines. If you want a very relaxing morning and night definitely book here. The pools were very clean and enjoyable. Definitely book here for a couples getaway! "

Omar, en la entrada, fue increíblemente atento y servicial. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar con transporte y maletas, nos recibió cada vez con una sonrisa y disposición genuina. En el área de la playa, Israel merece un mega reconocimiento. Su actitud de “claro que podemos” y su dedicación para brindarnos comodidad y momentos especiales."
