"The view was perfect from the hotel room, and the front side of the hotel. The hotel room was always immaculate. The balcony had a hammock and a stunning view. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Staff were very understanding, patient, polite and helpful. "

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The property is stunning, but what really stood out was the staff- every single person we interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely happy to accommodate anything we needed. They went above and beyond with a smile every time. The food was incredible — honestly, next level. From caviar to tomahawk steak, everything was beautifully done and felt very high-end. That said, there are a couple of things I wish I’d known before going: This is 100% a couples hotel. If you’re single or going with friends, it’s not the right vibe. Everything about the place screams honeymoon or anniversary. The bathroom setup has zero privacy. The shower has a window that looks directly into the room, the shower door is clear, and there’s no actual door separating the toilet or bathroom area from the rest of the room. It’s fine for couples, but if you’re not super comfortable with the people you’re staying with, this could be awkward. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and I’d recommend it to couples who want a romantic, luxury experience. Just not the best fit if you’re going solo or with friends."

"I would say overall the resort has all that you are looking for either for Adults only or families. Good: Playground and Water park, good room service and menu, minibar with a lot of options. Bad: mosquitos, poor service (I was all the time running after waiters to ask for drinks or something else) Water Park hours just until 5:30 PM. They said no reservations and there was a waiting list and empty tables, poor kids activities, spa policies. Improve: more food options. Welcome to the hotel"

"Everything is close and beautiful and clean. Service is amazing especially in the a la carte restaurants. Gustavo and Ernesto as our beach drinks servers were incredible. Mosquitoes were rampant this kind of year so we would recommend fumigation."

"This is a beautiful resort, the staff are so lovely, we did not want for a single thing during our stay. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing. The cleanliness is unparalleled and the food is absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!"
