Fiesta Inn Cancun Las Americas
"A good review/bad review First, the bad: 1. Wardrobe storage space VERY limited. Not enough coat hangers in the closet 2. No refrigerator/microwave to store cold drinks nor warmup takeout food from the mall’s second floor food court 3. The shower head is fixed to the wall, making hair and beard washing extremely difficult 4. No in-room pickup laundry service. This hotel lost its contract for guests to turn in clothes to be laundered. Long term visitors will have to wash their soiled clothes in the rooms wash basin and dry them out the best they can. Now, the good: 1. Outstanding indoor air conditioning. After spending a number of hours in the hot Cancún sun, it was GREAT to enter the floor we were staying on to cool, crisp air. 2. Room hot water supply was quick and stable 3. This hotel is connected to the Las Americas shopping mall & 2nd floor food court. No need for a sun umbrella to go outside nor a taxi Finally, a great staff to assist in our needs. A special shout out to front desk representative Cynthia who took quick professional action to prepare the mandatory Mexican government documents required to help us exit the country on extremely short notice (less than 30 minutes before we checked out of the hotel). MEMO to the Fiesta Inn Management: Give this woman a raise!!!!!"
