We had a comfortable stay, clean and excellent room service. staff are attentive and pleasant. Walking distance to the shopping mall.

Shuttles Bus

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast service should be included in the fee.
Location: I thought the location was more convenient to go to beach. It was so far from beach.
I was disappointed that they don't have own Shuttles Bus. As a result, we had spent 2 hours to wait for a taxi at the air port.

Great Hotel right next to Galenia Hospital

Pros: Great location to the hospital
Cons: Nothing
Location: Short trip to airport, Mall and Hotel Zone
Went to visit a friend in the hospital in Cancun. You can walk from the hotel, to the hospital without going outside. Very convenient

Convenient shopping location. Nice rooftop pool.

Nice helpful and courteous staff. The restaurant staff was not as well trained or attentive. The poolbar staff was excellent.

Four Stars in Cancun

Pros: very nice staff, very clean
Location: None, I was afraid to walk out or anywhere in Cancun...lol
we got stuck at the Cancun airport, last minute and glad our daughter found this hotel, very clean, comfortable and glad we got to sleep and shower for our next flight.
