"Food was not good. "
There are 3 different restaurants in the hotel but you have to make a reservation. The quality of the food was lower that 2 star restaurant. Buffet was not good neither.

My friend and I went to Crown Paradise Golden (All Inclusive) for Thanksgiving break. It was such an amazing experience, their staff was the nicest & warmest I ever encountered. Prompt service with a kind smile every time.

"Very enjoyable stay - we'll be back"
We stayed at the Krystal Vallarta in March 2015 and had a great time. The staff are all very nice and willing to help if you need anything or have a question. We had a room with an ocean view and it was very clean and the maid did a great job every day. We ordered breakfast and lunches off the menu and had very good food. We didn't eat any dinner meals at the resort choosing to go downtown to eat. The beach in front of the resort is very nice and was clean. There are some areas of the resort that are getting older and in need of maintenance and was told these are being addressed. We will definitely be going back!

"Staff are excellent."
Staff are excellent and a great deal of fun. It was our third Jan holiday at this resort and we are already planning for next year. Many couples who we have met there return every year and we do something different with each couple each day. We are greeted with hugs and well look after.

"Exceeded my expectations!"
This was my first real trip to Mexico and I'm quite pleased with this hotel pick - thanks to all the pics and Travelocity reviews. The hotel was clean, water was filtered, and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Marisol greeted me upon arrival and helped plan my stay - she was spot on with the day trips. I'd recommend at least one Vallarta Adventures tour if you want to really experience the culture and scenery. The room was huge - I'd only suggest you ask for a room away from the busy main street (lots of traffic that drives over metal plates and drains). Great location for visiting areas north, south and inland - whether you rent a car or use taxis. Found the premises safe and the onsite gym outstanding. There's a spa available (no steam room though); I opted for a downtown spa instead (and I think I got twice as much for half the price). Onsite grocery store too. And, note: there's a food truck event on at least Friday and Saturday nites and just across the street from the hotel; it's a convenient way to experience the food, music and fun of the locals. Enjoy!

"Feel like an honored guest "
First off, this was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort. Villa del Palmar was also not our originally booked hotel through Travelocity. The folks at Travelocity worked for over an hour to get us into a hotel at the last minute. We were nervous that Villa del Palmar had vacancies when no one else did. Did that mean it's not a good hotel? Yikes! Cut to check in. Patti is an absolute ocean of calm at midnight. She explained things, gave us time to look over everything and was so incredibly friendly. Our room was a one-bedroom suite and it was lovely. A view of the Pacific, comfortable bed, pillows, and water from the kitchen faucet that you can drink...it's purified at the hotel. Every single staff person was as friendly as Patti, and she set the bar high. Special hats off to Ricardo at the breakfast service and Joaquin at the El Patron restaurant! Great service and senses of humor. When I woke up at 7 the next morning, the first thing I see (and it didn't wake me up) was a crew of people cleaning the sidewalks, scrubbing the bases of the umbrellas and picking up the very few pieces of trash that were on the grass. The outside is immaculate! First impressions stuck. The place is wonderful. Food is great. staff are great. Price seemed reasonable for all we got. location is super.

"Friendly, Fun Atmosphere"
We had a wonderful family reunion here with ages from 8 months to 80 years. There were activities for everyone and plenty of time to just relax. The restaurants were amazing from the buffet to the elegant French establishment The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating from the young children, to their parents and the grandparents. We plan on returning.

    Cruise Ship Terminal Hotels

Lying on the Pacific coast of Mexico is a stretch called the Mexican Riviera. Puerto Vallarta, one of the most popular tourist destinations here, exudes old-world colonial charm with all the modern touches of a resort locale. When you choose one of the hotels near the Puerto Vallarta Cruise Port, you can access both. You have seen this city in famous movies like "The Night of the Iguana," "Predator," and "Limitless," and the TV show "The Love Boat;" now come experience it yourself!

    Puerto Vallarta Cruise Port

If you stay in one of the hotels close to the Puerto Vallarta Cruise Port, take a walk down to see the great behemoth ships docking in one of three berths. Continually serving the cruise industry since the 1960s, the terminal is a constant buzz of activity. Even though the port is big enough to accommodate full-size cruise ships up to 964 feet long, smaller boats also dock here that you can catch for day cruises around the bay. Enjoy the latest in modern conveniences in the marina, including exchanging currency, souvenir shopping, and lunch and Wi-Fi at the cybercafes.

    Exploring Puerto Vallarta

Look for cheap hotels near the Puerto Vallarta Cruise Port so you have room in your budget for all the fun stuff to do. Relax under an umbrella in the sand and order a cerveza or margarita on any of the 16 beaches. Pick one along the southern coastal area for snorkeling and cove exploring. Photo buffs can click away on eco-tours of dolphins and humpback whales who love to breed here in the winter. The center of town is a hub of shopping and eating. From your hotel in Puerto Vallarta, walk the cobblestone streets in the historic section of the city right up to the jungle and take the family on an unforgettable photo safari.

Your dream Mexican Riviera getaway is closer than you think with cheap vacation packages to Puerto Vallarta. By booking with Travelocity, you can save up to $537 when you book a hotel and flight at the same time.
