"My family and myself had a great vacation at this hotel"
I visited this hotel last summer and I recommended this place to my other friend. We came this summer with two families. I wish the hotel provide two things: 1) Free shuttle transportation to/form Airport 2) Free Wiki Internet access. The $12 wiki is sorta expensive. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Do not book cheap airfare. You will regret it. Fly direct to avoid wasting 30% of the trip. Having shuttle included is not a bad deal, but you are paying more for the service you receive the minute you step outside the terminal lobby. Attendant will call out your name and direct you to a vehicle outside the airport. The hotel was nearby, equipped with a traffic post and control arm, and welcoming staff. Your luggage will be removed by a bell boy and you will be greeted with champagne. The front desk help is quick and can speak English. The facilities smelled like an old building. The odor of mold or mildew crept in my nostrils during my entire stay except when I was outside the building. The room was located on the 8th floor facing the ocean. Great view but you will hear music and traffic noise but lessened when I closed the patio door. The room had a mini fridge with drinks you can have at no additional cost. The shower was muted of any light once the curtain closed, not a big deal for me. I highly recommend the following: rent a day bed ($30 US), it comes with a massage, eat at the Le Cerviche (next to beach), schedule a spa appointment ($140 US per person), and wait for an outside vendor to approach you about excursions (very negotiable). If you are on the beach or near the border, you will be hassled by vendors. The hotel needs to do a better job of cleaning their tables and preventing flies from settling near food. Luis and Rafael were great servers. Overall, good hotel
