There were a lot of things listed on website that weren’t available. No arcade, paddle boards, Snorkel gear. They did have Kayaks. When we asked about excursions we got roped into a time share presentation. I thought we were going to be there all day.

The best part of our stay here was the excellent staff - they are exceptional at providing what you need. Our room was adequate for us with an ocean view, a bit noisy when activities were happening in the lobby. The beach is amazing and the pools were refreshing. The food was okay for an all inclusive and again the service was impeccable. Mexican Night on the beach was great fun. The time share people do try and put heavy pressure on you when you arrive so be prepared to have that conversation. It was a great relaxing stay and I would recommend as a moderate priced vacation.

The staff was always friendly, the food was good. I really loved that they had great Mexican options and not American fare in the buffet restaurant. What I did not appreciate was our room was always humid, my clothes always felt wet. Also saw cockroaches in the room. Killed a few and left them on the floor for the housekeepers to see, they were still there when I got back to my room! They don't sweep or mop the rooms!!! I would go back for the service and food but the rooms were a disappointment and the bugs will definitely keep me away from staying in this hotel again.
