Our experience at the hotel was absolutely terrible, due to the poor customer service we received. We had rented 3 rooms, and unfortunately one of the rooms had a broken AC unit that they were unable to fix. We had a set itinerary for our stay which we couldn't postpone, but unfortunately, they only informed us that another room was ready when we were out exploring the city. When we returned, I inquired about the situation to the receptionist, Isela, who had a horrible attitude and rudely told us that there was nothing they could do because we weren't available earlier. When I requested to speak to the manager, receptionist lady with short hair informed me in a disrespectful tone that the manager was not on site. I asked if they could offer a discount or some form of compensation for our uncomfortable stay on the first day, but they simply refused. Needless to say, we will never be staying at the Dali hotel again!!!!

Perfect property within walkin gdistance to many local places, rightnext to am empanada shop which was a life saver when we first got there. Front staff over all was a 8/10 could've been a 10 but there was 1 lady in particucalar that was not as professional. Clean rooms, in a good area.

It’s an ok hotel. Bring you own pillows the pillows they have are rocks and tall. Towels are old. Parking gets full quick it’s like for only 10 cars if garage if full they send you to another parking lots a block away. El hotel está ok por el precio no está mal. "I recently stayed at Hotel Dali, and had an overall great experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's facilities and amenities were excellent, and we appreciated the front desk. One area for improvement is the cleanliness of the rooms. While the hotel was generally clean, we noticed a few areas that could use more attention to detail. However, this was a minor quibble in an otherwise wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend Hotel Dali to others and would consider staying there again in the future. The staff's exceptional service and kindness made our stay truly special."
