"tfree breakfast"
The hotel advertises as "free breakfast" and nowhere does it say that it does not include children. I feel like it was a hidden cost with two children eating daily it added about $10.00 a day to our cost. We reserved two rooms for four adults and two children. itinerary 719058402691 I would recommend this hotel but others need to know about the no children free at breakfast.

"Nice Place, but Be Aware"
Good, modern, spacious rooms. From what I'm used to in Mexico, a rare refrigerator and coffee machine in the room. Pool nice. A bit removed from Centro but a bus will get you there in a few minutes. Generally quiet, but partygoers woke me up two of the three nights I was there in the middle of the night. The noise eventually died down, but noise seems to echo around the place. The bathrooms confused me. No matter how hard I tried, water splashed all over the floor. The included breakfast was VERY ordinary: toast, a sweet roll and coffee.

"I have just returned from staying a week at the NH Guadalajara and never had a more pleasant and comfortable stay in any hotel."
I was very comfortable and pleased with my stay at the NH Guadalajara. The bed was firm enough for me to get a good night's sleep with a bad back. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food from room service was very good and the room was immaculate. The work out room is larger than most and has a good selection of equipment. The hotel is modern and clean with a selection of it's own very good restaurants and is located within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Guadlajara. There is a lower plaza with shopping right at the hotel. After a long life of travel, this is one of the few hotels I would recommend. Only thing I would change is that the internet service should be included in the price.

"Prime city center hotel"
Couldn't ask for a better location to visit the historic sights. Room was modern, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet upstairs with killer views. Chilaquiles were awesome. The staff was accommodating especially Dionisis, the bell man, who was so friendly and knowledgeable. He truly went out of his way to assist us. At night the neighborhood does get very busy and might appear a bit unsafe for some but it didn't bother us. The gym was clean with modern but limited machines. Only two complaints was the dinner waitress who was not attentive and needs more training and that we had to pay addionalky for an early and late checkout. Would definitely come back.
