Second time staying at this hotel and will be back for more future visits. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Visited the roof 360 without reservations and were very accommodating and was seated right away. Great place to stay with entertainment in the lobby for a night out.

Staff was warm, courteous, knowledgable and efficient. Room was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. View from 29th floor was great. Bathroom very spacious and comfortable. Bathtub was, as is normal in Spain, large and nice - but very slippery and unsafe.

Room is not well designed. I didn’t like the clear glass diving the bathroom from room. At night, when bathroom light was on, it would light up the entire room waking my husband. Also, on our arrival, a bathroom glass was broken and also one of the chair. It took them a while to fix. Also, when ordering room service, it took multiple calls for them to pick up trays. It wasn’t even a high season to assume they were busy. Not what I expected from one of the argued “best” hotels in the city.

Great location with excellent rooms. Things to look out for though.... If you pay for valet parking make sure they check the right box at the front desk otherwise the valet will tell you you paid for self parking and charge you the next day an extra fee. Also, when booking on Expedia screen shot the number of occupants. I booked a room for two people and they also charged me extra and said I only paid for one occupant. It's never happened before so i hope it never happens again. I enjoy staying there.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The only inconvenience was that one of the elevators was broken. The rooftop bar was very nice.
