Estoy decepcionado del personal del hotel, me dieron el cuarto 903 y me acusaron de romper un jarrón, en el cuarto, cuando no fue así, y tenían fotos del jarrón, la Amenities fue la que reportó, a lo mejor estaba derogaba porque nunca pasó nada y la recepción a la hora de ser check out me notificaron del incidente, yo les comenté que porque no me notificaron en el momento si yo estaba en el hotel, con una reversión en el 360 top roof y no tuvieron la cortesía de notificarme en el momento. Es desagradable la estancia en este lugar por el personal. Y más cuando tienes la seguridad del hotel a un lado para la intimidación.

La habitación tenía muy pocas cosas para ser 5 estrellas : solamente una botellita de agua para dos personas 5 días 4 noches . Una bolsita de café y ya era todo. Mini bar inexistente .
