Fue nuestra primera estancia en este hotel y nos encantó, la ubicación es fantástica, el cuarto bastante amplio y limpio, llegamos un poco antes de la hora del check in y sin problema nos dieron nuestra habitación. Desayunamos en el buffet su costo fue de $255 pesos y estaba muy variado y rico.

Great stay with clean amenities, I would recommend highly. Lost a star as it’s a bit odd after checking out you are no longer allowed to use the pool and other amenities. So if you have a later flight I’d look elsewhere!

Cleaning staff and bell boy was great and also the amenities. Front desk staff were a bit snobbish, not approachable to answer questions/seems that you interrupted them, also rushed check in with no explanation of where the amenities were located, etc.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. But my experience wasn't great. I'm traveling with 3 children, when i arrive at 3:05pm (check-in at 3pm) i had to wait almost 30 minutes to receive our room.(3 other families were also waiting in the lobby) when you've been traveling with kids all morning you just want to relax in your room. But check-out is strictly at noon. Also, the hotel states that there are 2 queen size beds in the room, which was the only reason we booked, they are full size! We asked the front desk and they are sure they are queen size, maybe queen size in México is different? Very uncomfortable for 2 adults with a baby to sleep in a full size bed. We asked for a roll away bed and they wanted to charge us. So once again, they advertise queen beds, but are full sized.
