For a 26 floor structure only one of three elevators were working. That one elevator had issues as well. And they were very small to attend the needs of the amount of guest.

Overall satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Rooms were a little outdated but other than that the employees were great, mall down the street, Oxxo in the basement parking, great room service, great bar with live music every night I stayed!
