"I would like to share some feedback regarding our dining experience at the hotel restaurant on Wednesday, September 3, between approximately 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. I have stayed at this hotel at least 15 times, and one of the reasons I continue to return is because the staff has always been welcoming, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the attitude and level of service from one of the servers, as well as the hostess/cashier, was disappointing and did not reflect the standard of hospitality I have come to expect from this hotel. This is not the first time I have experienced an unpleasant attitude from this particular server, which is why I felt it was important to bring it to management’s attention. I truly believe that employees who interact directly with guests are an important reflection of the hotel and its overall guest experience. Fortunately, another young lady was working that evening and provided us with exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome, and I sincerely appreciate her professionalism. I am sharing this feedback as a frequent and loyal guest, with the hope that it will be taken constructively and help maintain the high level of service that has kept me coming back over the years."
