During our stay, the entire building’s air-conditioning system failed and we were without AC for two nights. Puerto Vallarta has humid and hot weather as it is, and this caused terrible sleep and unenjoyable days and nights in the hotel room. They also only provided fans if you requested them. Other than that, we had a good time. Food is good and service was excellent.

Love this all inclusive resort especially if you have little ones traveling together. This resort is family friendly and foods are great for all ages! The beach has calm waves and there are baby pools, children pools and even kids' club. The distances from restaurants to rooms or rooms to the beach or pools are very short. Our family truly enjoyed staying here!

The Hyatt Ziva is a beautiful resort. I really like the slow pace and that the beach is private. I didn’t feel bombarded. My only complaint is the pressure the resort gives to go to their presentation. Overall the staff is wonderful and when they greet you they put their hand over their heart. It’s endearing.

The private beach is breathtaking and gives the resort a secluded, peaceful feel you don’t get at many all-inclusive properties. Every room faces the ocean, so you wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, absolutely unforgettable. The staff are what make this place shine. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. By the second day, several team members were greeting us by name.

This was the best all-inclusive resort I have ever been to. The staff, especially Israel, Raphael, Miguel, Eduardo, and Luis…..amazing!!!! All the staff here were amazing. The food was incredible, the beach is one of the best beaches I have ever been to. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We cannot wait to return again in March!!!!!
