The property was perfect for our family traveling over the holidays. The property was quaint and had a friendly vibe to it. We traveled with our 3 children and they loved the pool, the water aerobics, and exploring on the beach. The service was great!

The penthouse floor (9), was not as described. There was no concrete merge, no extra amenities as described. There were children on in the rooms. It was totally unspecial and not as advertised. The food at best was mediocre, overcooked and cold. In buffets all pastries were covered with bees. Eggs soaking in warm water for hours. Extremely disappointed. I’d rate this entire experience as a 3.

Overall the resort was really nice. I came with my husband and two children and they loved it. The pools were amazing, the staff was very attentive. You can order room service at any hour. The food wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad it was over all good. Drinks were pretty good. The kids club is a nice addition as well. Great for families .

Everything was great. Especially I want to say 'heartful thank you' to Rosalio and Marco who are working in Veranda. Rosalio gave us special farewell cakes in the final morning. We were so moved!!!. I want to revisit in the near future.
