The ‘Adults only’ are accommodated for an extra fee at a smal area that has a bar and shallow pool with a view. Great beach area, vendors not pushy. Lobby bar is closed during the day, leaving only the pool bar. Great beach area, vendors not pushy. With the exception of a brief but fabulous Mariachi band and a great performance by the staff with the tree lighting ceremony, entertainment mostly consists of blaring or canned music by the pool. The buffet was only available for breakfast and lunch and I couldn’t go to the dinner venues because they wouldn’t let me bring my service dog. You also had to pay additional cost for the sun lounges around the resort.

Everything was great!! My only complaint and it's not really a complaint was we only had our room cleaned once in 5 days because she always came around 5pm and we were resting or getting ready for dinner. We would just swap towels and all was good.

The rooms were always arrended to. The staff were very good. Shout out to Erick, Jorge and Nelson. Especially Jorge! This hotel needs more dinner options. The buffet restaurant was never open for dinner. But, my biggest complaint is that there are no palapas or umbrellas on the beach and it was next to impossible to find shade. This hotel used to have the BEST palapas in Puerto Vallarta so the lack of them is really annoying.

Our stay was great! The staff was very nice and attentive, and the rooms were clean. The beach is right next to the hotel, which made it super convenient for us. We enjoyed most of the restaurant options, except for Rosato (the Italian restaurant). I felt the dishes there needed more flavor. We loved the Mexican buffet they had on Friday night. The food was the BEST, and the show was so fun to watch. My 18-month-old daughter absolutely loved it—she kept dancing the whole time! Another favorite spot was the Cevicheria. They have the best aguachiles and tacos gobernador. The pool was a lot of fun, too! I especially appreciated the shallow kids’ area—it was perfect for families with little ones. The only downside was how many employees kept pushing the Fiesta Rewards membership on us. Several approached us about it, and one employee even questioned me when I said we had already received the presentation from one of her coworkers. She kept asking for a name and seemed to assume I was lying, which felt unprofessional. There was no reason for me to lie. Overall, our stay was good, and we enjoyed our time there!

Positives: Food quality is good, beach and swimming is good. Rooms are nice. Short ride from the airport. Negatives: 1 bartender at the only open bar all day (waiting too long), Not enough chairs at pool. Buffet was closed on Monday night and all 3 restaurants were biiked until 9:30pm. Buffet in an all inclusive should be open everyday. Buffet dinner was lacking.

Review by mom travelling with family and high energy 2 year old toddler. Resort was great, not too big. Walking back to the room to get things was very manageable. The crib supplied is a play pen, with a folded mattress cover, covered my a sheet. I would highly recommend bringing a travel mattress (memory foam) as it doesn't follow Canadian safe sleep standards.
