Staff especially in restaurant was disrespectful ( some of them). Food except italian was so bad especially next to the pool. Burger was garbage. Wings so bad. Drink was not good. Beach was bad. It is not worth it to go. I believe the beach in this town is not clean and good. It is just pool and food

Only one pool at this property designed for kids! Very disappointing. Second pool for extra cost, same think with the spa.So expensive! Food was amazing!

The property has a traditional decoration that was what attracted me when making the reservation but comparing it with the property that is located in Cancun, this property needs to update several details. The staff in the pool bar area was very limited every day and it was a novelty for us that the first day at 2pm we were informed that 2 of the liquors that my husband drinks had finished, the next day at 12pm they hadn't stocked Jhonny Walker or Jack Daniels and with different excuses between bars and bars. On the third day my husband took a taxi and went and bought his liquor at a nearby store. This was not a pretty experience for an all-inclusive hotel. In the area of ​​the pool bar under the counter it was very unkempt and dirty, several tiles in the pool were missing, this risks scratching the skin. In the dining area, ALL restaurants are by reservation, so you have to get up early and go down to the towel area to make a reservation if you want to have a place to dine. This in particular should offer the buffet restaurant without reservations for everyone who wants to eat something varied or left early for a tour and does not run out of a place to dine. They offered a typical Mexican show that we never saw the announcement or promotion of this one. We found out later that because a manager offered us dinner there after not having a reserved place to dine. There were only a few details that could be improved, but overall the stay and the attention of the staff was good.

I think they need a couple of upgrades, our bathroom smelled like sewer, the buffet for dinner the food hardly had flavor. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The reservation for the restaurant the good was good.
