Location wise is great you have so many food options many are walkable and also uber eats is available. Staff at restaurants inside property are very nice and friendly. Any help needed at rooms the service is super fast. Rooms are very well equipped just like a rbnb. Upon arrival be prepared for sell agents about “time shares” no way to skip them at all. Two pools on site the one with slide 6.2feet deep on a section and start with with 4ft. Beach is just a couple of steps. Hotel provides with pool towels.

Al hotel ya se le notan los años, sin embargo lo tienen muy limpio y conservado, eso sí, URGEN elevadores nuevos, han de ser los originales. El staff es muy amable, pero eso no quita que les falte ser más serviciales. Los días que estuvimos en la alberca no hubo meseros que se acercaran a ofrecer servicio.

Great hotel and stay with kids. There are two pools and plenty of chairs. Some restaurants are outdoors so when it rains they are closed. I highly recommend the sushi and the Mexican restaurant amazing cuisine. You have to sign for every meal or drink at first it's a hassle but then you understand that some guests do not have the all inclusive options. Overall we had a good time and will revisit again.

I really enjoyed our stay, it was really spacious we did the one bed and it looked like an apartment the bathroom was spacious, came with a living room area/ kitchen. the staff was great and there was security at night walking around. i would stay here again its really family oriented so if you have kids its perfect!

This property was a huge disappointment. Pushy timeshare pitches, even calling our room daily after we declined in person several times. Extremely overpriced and mediocre quality food at tue restaurants (when theyre open). They also charge a 15% "service fee" on top of everything and then you still tip as well. I used my cc on file for charges and at one point tue pool bar "which had abysmal service, said we reached the "credit limit". I had to go to the front desk and see what was going on and it turns out, there is a 4,000 pesos/200 usd limit set when you check in that they never even mentioned to us. Needless to say, we didnt spend 1 more cent there after that incident. We will definitely not stay here or its sister propert again and would recommend to others to look elsewhere. 2/10 experience at this property.

Rafael at the pool services is excellent, he is very attentive, very nice humble man. The Asian restaurant food was good but poor service. We like the aqua aerobics/dance at the pool. The property is small. They need more pool chairs, people reserve them and by 9am they were none available. The sunsets at PV are the best!

Located near airport and downtown. I did not like that they tried charging us for breakfast that was supposedly complementary. Their food was not great anyway. They asked us for our room numbers for everything. They tried to sell us a timeshare as soon as we arrived. I think this place is over priced. They try to charge you for everything. Would not book again or recommend to others.

Our family had an amazing stay at Villa Del Palmar! The staff was amazing and made our trip! Ian and Charly from the entertainment team were amazing and showed how much they loved their jobs! Overall a great stay and would recommend! The property was a bit on the older side but very clean and safe. There was a great food area called the Food Park right across the street that we ate at multiple times. We did not do all inclusive and enjoyed this decision as the resort only had four restaurant options.

The staff has superb customer service and very hardworking!!!! I enjoyed the activities like bingo and paddle boarding. The only thing I didn’t like is we were not able to check in earlier even with paying an additional fee.
