Daniel was great and moved us to a different room with ocean view in front of the pool and center stage so for us the internment was right in front Cons_ the first room we got had some issues that were not quickly resolved, their meal and drink prices are very expensive if you don’t get the all inclusive Package. Over all we had a great time and will go back soon

The resort was nice, great location. About a 8 minute drive to El Malecón. We arrived at 7:30am and they had a hospitality room for us to use while our room was ready. Pool area was really nice, the beach was clean and had a great view. Did not care for the overpriced food items and the fact that they did not provide drinking water unless you purchased the all inclusive package. Every other hotel I have stayed at in Mexico have always provided bottle water every day since our water in Mexico is not safe. I also dislike the fact that our room came with a kitchen and living room but the maid service refused to pick up anything that was food related or clean up the stovetop per their rules unless food was purchase in their restaurants or food market. Beware of their time share tactics. $34,000 package. Only good thing about that was they do honor the spa coupons and free transportation to the airport if you listen to their 1.5 hour tour at their more expensive sister property in Nuevo Nayarit. Also did not appreciate their added "tip" to every bill because it turns out is not an actual tip, it's a service fee the hotel gets to keep. They should word that accordingly. A tip is clearly for the staff not meant for the hotel to keep.

The window in the bedroom was slatted and outside noise kept me up all night: people being loud then mechanical noise for a long time early in the morning. I contacted the front desk for a partial refund and then had travelocity contact them (which the front desk people suggested) and they denied a partial refund for the noise which kept me up all night, no fault of my own. I wouldn't stay here again. Very disappointing. Poor, poor customer service.
