🔻We keep our nightly rate among the lowest in the city for this class of property by asking our guests to be responsible for their electricity use. Base usage includes a rate of 150 kilowatts per day / 1050 kWh per week. There is a charge of $3.65 MXN/kWH (approximately $0.20 USD) for excess use. For monthly stays the guest must cover the use of electricity.

There is a Beach Club next to Peninsula which operates from 🎶Friday to Sunday from 12 to 9pm. Fireworks on Saturday!
