There was a paint or solvent smell in our room for a few days. We had to open the windows instead of using air conditioning. We asked the front desk about it but they could only move us to a ground floor room. We wanted to keep the view so we stayed. I also called and emailed the Tennis Office several times but no answer.

The hotel was in decent condition. I would have expected more for the price of the hotel. It was very frustrating that every restaurant kept telling us that they were full and no reservations were available and it was not true. Every restaurant was almost empty but they kept rejecting us. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta and I would recommend other hotels more than this one. The spa was very nice and some staff were very friendly.

Beautiful resort hotel. Convenient location - 15 minutes walk to the Malecón boardwalk. If you don’t want a timeshare presentation, don’t sign up for any free things offered after you check in. We did not do all inclusive. Often took Uber to restaurants. Enjoyed the quiet pool, ocean view and sunsets from a nice room, comfortable king bed.

We preferred the “time share” pool to the hotel pool because it was a little quieter than the hotel pool. From about noon on, the music at the hotel pool was unnecessarily loud. The mattress on our bed was well past its prime and our pillows should have been tossed years ago. Worst part of our stay was the aggressive time share sales tactics. We were not even out of our cab when it began. People masquerading as helpful staff were in fact trying to get you into a time share presentation. This experience practically ruined our first couple of days at the hotel. I felt suspicious of the friendly staff for fear I was about to be pitched some other service. It was extremely off-putting. The location is good and the staff we encountered at breakfast and the pool were truly lovely.

Todo estuvo bien a excepcion que algunas personas eran un tanto propose tea y atendian mejor a los americanos que a los locales, totalmente en des acuerdo, lo mejor de Todo fue el restaurante, Juan para gorda y su colega, los mejores !!!!

Mother and teen son trip in Nov 2025 for five nights. We had the all inclusive option which was well worth the few hundred dollars extra we paid when booking a package. The location is very nice to walk to and around PVR. We really enjoyed running to town in the mornings and walking around town in the evenings. We loved our room on the main floor. It was spacious, convenient and quiet with a nice outdoor patio (no privacy from people walking by but that didn’t bother us). The quiet pool was absolutely beautiful. It’s large with a bridge to a large island in the middle that has a huge hot tub surrounded by plants. It made the resort very special. The drinks are amazing but we were very disappointed with the food. The buffet is okay for breakfast but no bacon during our entire stay. It has a very poor selection for lunch and you are much better off ordering from the small but good pool menu, which is a very nice service to have. Dinners were also mediocre at the buffet. We tried the Mexican restaurant one night and it was very fancy Mexican with small portions and incredibly slow service. It also doesn’t have a typical Mexican atmosphere and no fajitas, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc. By far the most outstanding meal was the outdoor fiesta night, with an extensive buffet that had an incredible range of amazing options. The gym is very nice and well equipped. We did not try the spa. The beach is very disappointing and we saw no one on it our entire stay.

It’s a really nice place to stay. Some minor annoyances such as being able to hear the lift from our room and other doors closing but we enjoyed our stay. The pool and facilities are very good, staff very helpful / friendly.
