There was so much to be happy about while visiting and experiencing hotel Mosa and Puerto Vallarta. The food as well as the staff and the accommodations were incredible. Unfortunately, the checkout process left a sour taste in our mouth as the hotel refused to honor the credits that were promised through our travel package from Travelocity specifically, the $180 per day resort credit was not applied, nor was the daily breakfast buffet for two. There was clearly a breakdown between what Travelocity promised and what hotel Moussa was willing to deliver. This needs to be addressed by one or both parties.

Everything was perfect, and I will continue to stay in this hotel, but it would be very helpful if there is shampoo, conditioner, and brushes are in the shops. Some people can forget their brushes or conditioners and we went to two different shops in Mousa and also Casablanca and they did not even have a comb let alone a brush something for you guys to think about for the future

It is basically a fabulous place with wonderful service . . . but . . . everywhere you go the music is far too loud - in all the restaurants, at the rooftop pools. The property is a 5 diamond resort and they definitely live up to those expectations! Clean rooms and well-stocked mini bar. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The outdoor balcony on our ultra suite (6th floor, north tower) was TO DIE FOR!!! And both rooftop pools (north and south tower) had the best food. All restaurants on property were 10/10!!! NOI, DAO, and Hiroshi did not disappoint or miss a beat.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The property itself is beautiful, full of lush trees and lots of greenery. The staff very friendly and helpful, they made our stay enjoyable. You literally get treated like royalty. I recommend paying extra for the all inclusive option since it comes with lots of perks including all food, beverages (both alcoholic and non alcoholic), access to all sister hotels nearby and activities. The only part I didn’t care much for was that the concierge staff kept pushing us to attend a meeting where they were pretty much trying to sale a yearly package/similar idea to a time share even after clearly stating we weren’t interested. I do understand that is their job to sale, but they were pretty persistent. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable and we are planning our next visit already!!! The amenities in this place are above amazing, they’re a 5 diamond hotel which is the highest rating they can get.

Overall very good. Only concern was we had constant loud construction noises literally from the room right next to us. The way they addressed this issue was telling us we could either stay with the current room and the construction will NOT stop because they cannot control what their engineers do, or move to a smaller room in a lower level… we moved, but really disappointed.

This is a beautiful property perched high above the jungle overlooking the water. The staff and facilities were impeccable and the food was delicious. I would stay here in the future.
