Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Rooms need a major upgrade though. Upholstered chairs in the room were nasty. Beds comfy, pillows comfy, linens super clean. Room carpets are bad and smelly. Air conditioner could not get the muggy feeling out of the room air.

We had a room with very good air-conditioning, It was cleaned everday and there were complimetary snacks and drinks for us on arrival. Added to this was a $5 voucher for us to use in the restaurant attached to the hotel; one for each day of oir stay. Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk.

We enjoyed a getaway to the Surfjack. The mid-century modern decor was spot on and the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. It was nice to have a cafe in addition to the complementary coffee/tea bar. We loved meeting Jack!

"The staff was super friendly. The people staying were friendly and nice. The hot tub and pool were a nice area with good views at the resteraunt with great food. Good spot by the beach. I'd recommend, we had the time of our lives on this trip, and the Marriott was a good place to rest our heads. The beds are beyond comfy, too. "

"The staff is polite but not friendly. The room was very very clean, the beds were comfortable. I wish the staff was more welcoming. The coffee shop is way too expensive, $11 for a smoothie, $9 for coffee. The restaurant was limited unless you got the buffet which was $89 apiece for dinner and about $40 for breakfast. We walked to other restaurants for our food. There is no microwave in the room either. It doesn’t feel like a resort. Just a hotel with one fancy shop in the lobby. "
