Loved our stay here! Check in process was quick and easy. We enjoyed the welcome drinks. We encountered some issues with our room during the first few days but after speaking to the front desk they resolved the issue. Great customer service, they were helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Brunch was great at the Deck restaurant. Loved the view of Diamonhead from the restaurant and pool. Lots of paid/free parking around the hotel. Hotel was easily accessible to and from everywhere we needed to go.

I love this hotel! I’ve stayed here at least a half dozen times over the past few years and it is consistently LOVELY. Excellent customer service, clean rooms, nice amenities, great dining (Deck is awesome and their brunch is delicious). Queen Kapiolani is a 10/10 every time. An older hotel but very well maintained and has a lovely aesthetic.

Great room with views.
With the renovation I must say I was pleased to stay here. The rooms are much better with more window space and beautiful views. Great customer service and the manger really shows passion for her property.

The location was perfect & the service received was top notch! It’s a great place for families, being so close to Honolulu Zoo. The valet parking made it so easy to come & go throughout the day. Definitely worth it. We’ll definitely be returning!
