It was a nice hotel but I’ve stayed in nicer for a lot less and the parking was very pricey to me. The elevator situation was terrible in the rainbow tower they need about 6 more elevators and the pool was not filtered very well. The only thing that was nice was there was a lot to do around the hotel without having to travel far. And the daily room service was terrible.

Must pay a daily resort fee which is about $60 bucks, why im not sure. Absolutely must pay for parking which is about $60 for self parking which is insane or $70 for valet. There is no street parking. The parking fee is daily. Not sure why you can't smoke on your balcony. I understand not smoking in the room but walking back and forth to the designated smoking area gets to be too much. Its basically a little alley. Still don't understand the resort fee. Ended up paying extra $700 between resort and parking fees

Aloha Michele, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback on your stay, it is very important to us. To avoid parking fees, we recommend that guests rent a car from our on-site rental company, Enterprise, only on the days that they will need it. Parking at our hotel is extremely limited. The Resort charge benefits are listed on our website, they include access to wifi, morning exercise classes, and discounts for activities/spas among other things. We hope that despite these fees you were able to enjoy our beautiful property. We hope you will enjoy your next stay with us even more. Sincerely, Guest Services Manager

The staff was amazing and very friendly. Everyone. The ABC stores on the property make it easy to pick up something you might have forgotten at home, snacks and drinks. My room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived. We had a room issue and it was promptly taken care of. The pools are great but also not the cleanest. Water was murky especially at the end of the day. I would stay again because my kids loved it. Resort was very busy at all times of the day. Maybe not for a relaxing romantic vacation.

Our first room was not a king bed and their was no Air Conditioning. The view was good but still no air Conditioning. They moved us and upgraded the room but the room smelled like Marijuana. It was in the room until we stayed. My wife was upset because we had no wall mirror for her to enjoy the her dressing time. The lobby explained that the service manager could not provide one for my wife because others before her had broken them so the owner was not going to replace or supply. My sons room had one? There was no microwave in our room as well. For a 5 Star rating it was not that elaborate for us to say that we might stay again or find more suitable stay. The staff and personnel were very kind and friendly. Very quick to help with our needs. The Tapa bar had one bald headed man that was very rude to me and told me to go to the other side of the bar. If you can look to the video I was about to flip him off. I did and asked the bartender the reason why he did that, seems as though his life is affecting us who venture to find solitude, even if it was drinking at the bar that I thought was equal. Me and my wife left to another place to enjoy music. Every where else was very accommodating off the Hilton resort area. For the most part we needed to feel more like we should at the time we were there.

The check in line was very long and very slow. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. The room was excellent and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
