Mattresses should have been changed out 500 guests ago, clean glasses to drink out of had dried chunks in them.. super gross. Someone came and changed them out but I was already disgusted. They have free breakfast which was great for the budget but found dirty dishes there too. Loved the evening free drinks at the pool. Saved money there too! Great walkability to everything!

The staff was awesome! Everyone involved in the property was polite, kind, worked hard to meet the needs of my family and were just awesome! The rooms are nice and they work well with young kids as well as adults! We loved our stay and if we go back, that is where we will stay again!

I got a king room and those are located by elevators which you hear every time they are used. Very annoying!!! Otherwise nice stay and great location!

Property was nice, staff was pleasant. Housekeeping was the only major negative. We stayed 9 nights, they dont come on the first night (fine) but the days they did come it was basically tucking our sheets in and putting new towels in thats it. Counters not cleaned or tidied. Floor not cleaned. We spent 5-6 days with spare shampoo/conditioner bottles on the bathtub corners because the ones on the wall had been empty when we arrived. It was only in the last few nights when the housekeeper changed that we got great housekeeping service. I just found it to be a bit ridiculous given the price of the stay + resort fees that they didnt do proper housekeeping due to obviously lazy staff. They need to check their staff quality more often. Again, whoever cleaned the place the last couple of days was excellent.

We had a great stay, clean I had a great stay at Embassy Suites! The room was spacious and clean, with a separate living area that made it extra comfortable. The full complimentary breakfast was a highlight—plenty of hot options, including made-to-order omelets, bacon, and fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24 hour reception was a nice bonus. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-rounded stay!

View was amazing. Staff very polite. Made to order omelets and hot breakfast was really good and they changed it up some days. Evening social was decent. They don't want any toys or anyone having any kind of real fun in the pool though. That was a bummer. Overall though i did like this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay on our most recent trip to Hawaii. Having originally booked a city view room, we were thrilled to receive a semi ocean view corner room with two balconies. Traveling as a family of 5 isn’t always easy when it comes to hotels and this was perfect. While we were on a lower level (5), we found it very convenient to be just a floor above the pool and dining areas. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and so many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
