Mattresses should have been changed out 500 guests ago, clean glasses to drink out of had dried chunks in them.. super gross. Someone came and changed them out but I was already disgusted. They have free breakfast which was great for the budget but found dirty dishes there too. Loved the evening free drinks at the pool. Saved money there too! Great walkability to everything!

The staff was awesome! Everyone involved in the property was polite, kind, worked hard to meet the needs of my family and were just awesome! The rooms are nice and they work well with young kids as well as adults! We loved our stay and if we go back, that is where we will stay again!

Love the happy hour and pool was Great for kids. Very central location. Breakfast was ok- huge savings compared to eating out in Waikiki every morning- but wasn’t best quality or taste. Enjoyed our room overall- only thing was beside the elevator and was quite noisy. Elevators take a long time as well

The hitel was great and staff were amazing. The elevator set up for the hotel was terrible. You will spend lots of time waiting for the elevator at this hotel.
