Great location at the start of the golden road. Close to amenities and bus stops as well as the beaches. Bed was comfortable and not too soft. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Daily basic room service with beds made and new towels with self laundry service on site. Some stains on floors and patched up wall paper. Other issues are our rooms were not recently renovated (interior not brand new), not sound proof from next door (roadside noise was not a major issue), mould in bathroom, mouldy beach towel (be careful) and inconsistency in house keeping (no soap provided until later and basic housekeeping). We had multiple rooms and all of us faced these similar issues… I rate this based on a three star hotel and discount it for the issues raised about. Would recommend this if you want something cheaper and close to Waikiki golden road. Ignore the hotel website photos and you won’t be disappointed. Overall not bad place given the price we paid and there are others cheaper hotel but location might not be close to Waikiki central. Don’t think resort fee $20 is justifiable. For some, getting accommodation with free breakfast may be cheaper by eating later and skipping lunch. Hawaii is not cheap so consider bringing your own snacks. We found that we can buy goods back home cheape… Lastly we used Hawai23 for transport to Waikiki. Great service and cheaperfor large groups. Bus also an option even though it say no suitcases to/from airport to Waikiki.

Location is great, the staff was very helpful. The kitchen could be stalked better. The carpet in our room was sticky and dirty. We had to buy slippers as our feet were getting super dirty. The cleaning staff came everyday and arranged the room. They even changed the bedsheets. We always had stack of fresh towels. Just the carpet was a problem, they need to cjange it.

Horrible stay , rooms was not clean , had to Change room . Found an each in the room The staff in clouding the manager was horrible customer service! Book for a week only stayed one night! Manager should be fired!!

It was a nice hotel in a great spot for Waikiki. The staff were incredibly helpful with a safe and tv that didn't work. The room was a nice size too. There were a few issues as being in the heart of Waikiki we were next to the busiest road and on the 2nd floor. So we could hear traffic all night. We didn't use the pool, it looked a bit small, but I was tempted after running Honolulu marathon. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
