Feels like an adorably refreshed boutique hotel. Location is amazing, easy 2 block walk to the beach, with many shops and restaurants all around. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Room 1104 has a HUGE balcony with chaise Lounge and a couple of chairs. The bathroom is small and the shower is tiny but the room was great! Tall dorm sized fridge with microwave and coffee maker with pods for coffee and tea. Great king sized bed that was soft. The pool was chilly but the hot tub was great. Lots of shops to get breakfast or lunch items. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a couple of blocks away with free shows nightly on the hula mound at 6:30. Fireworks on Friday night at 7:45 —go to the beach to watch them. Staff was great and helpful. Used Uber regularly as the bus system is slow.

We stayed at this hotel in July first time for a week and it was a wonderful experience, especially with the bell staff, John, so we came back in January for celebrating the new year. The front desk, both Tracy and Jenny were very professional and took care of us warmly. The fist room did not have a microwave and the next-door neighbor played loud music, so I asked Jenny to move us. She listened to me patiently, checked patiently, and next day, moved us to the a better quiet room with a microwave and a sink. Since I was with my elderly mother to enjoy “staycation”, I genuinely appreciate her efforts. The view was very nice and my mother enjoyed to look at the moon over the mountain at night. Both last summer and this time, all staff members treated us as if we were family members. We stayed in many nice hotels in Waikiki yet this hotel became our destination due to their hospitality. We will be back for sure!
