The staff at the hotel was amazing! And the hotel is definitely in a good location. What really impressed me was the "Hospitality Room," where after I checked out at 11am and roamed the city until 5pm, the hotel gave me the opportunity to use a room to take a shower before the airport shuttle picked me up at 6:30pm. It was greatly appreciated!

Originally booked with Royal Grove. Pictures on Expedia made it look like a cute, boutique hotel. It absolutely was NOT. Booked with Outrigger instead and it saved our vacation! Beautiful, newly renovated hotel that was near everything and the beach. The staff was a gem to work with! Cannot recommend this place enough!

While the staff did their best there were several issues with our room. The bathroom door handle was not secured and fell off nearly hurting my wife’s foot. It would not stay attached to the door’s locking mechanism. Lack of hot water for the shower was a nuisance and a pungent odor emanating from the wall was the last straw.
