Staff is helpful but not very friendly. Kurig in all rooms and room service daily, although while staying there they sent out a notice saying room service will be limited now to every 3 days instead of daily. Room service ladies were very friendly. Rooms are semi clean, dirty walls and dripping faucet in the bathroom. Kitchenette was very nice to have. The area is very loud making it hard to sleep at night.

Check time is posted online. Told to you when checking in. Also it’s printed on key card envelope. My suggestion is the front desk needs to stop calling people‘s rooms at 11:25 especially if the guest has already stated they’ll be checking out at 11:30 AM. This behavior is not only rude, but it also causes the gas to leave behind property in the room due to feeling rushed, which has happened to me on the last three visits to this hotel.

We only stayed 4 nights and after the 1st night the AC stopped working and then the bathroom wall was literally falling apart the paint peeled and the Sheetrock was coming off, we got switched rooms and then the next room the AC was leaking and the floor was flooded and we had to have buckets to catch the water. Wouldn’t recommend this place. It was my 40th birthday and my families 1st time in Hawaii and was so disappointed in the quality with how much we paid and the pictures they have on the page are very deceiving

Great location bad situation

Location was great. But their credit card machine wasn’t working, it took a long time to check-in. The water was turned off for hours during the day. They have bugs. The beds were ok. Their staff was trying to be as helpful as possible with all the situations that were happening.

Ohia is always good. Staff is kind and accomodating. The only issue I had was our toilet wasn’t working the first night we were there but they did credit me one night resort fee to make it up.

Its on the main strip so noise is expected. Our issue is the poor maintenance. This hotel needs a major face lift. Cracks in the walls, paint splash on lights and plugins.
Needed flip-flops in show. Not safe

Liked the complimentary snack packs. Staff was nice. Otherwise, it's time to tear it down and rebuild. Poor condition, room was dirty. Door was off alignment, had to slam it shut. No hot water, at least in my room.

Service was HORRIBLE. There was cockroaches in our room, room 692! Disgusting. The woman I told about this disgusting incident said “you’re in Hawaii, you should be expecting to see them” EXCUSE ME? Expect to see cockroaches? Like what? I’m well traveled, first time ever seeing these pests at a hotel!
