The room was dirty and so were the bathrooms . The staff isn’t not very friendly. They over charged me 361$ additional to what I paid through Expedia and they claimed it was new 2026 amenities fees. They don’t clean our rooms unless requested which is very frustrating considering there is mold in the bathrooms and the towels weren’t enough for 3 people. Plus the pictures on Expedia and their website are very different. When I tried to tell them I already paid via Expedia they said these are other fees leaving me stranded to deal with Expedia the third party if I had an issue. The lobby smelt like really bad chemical cleaner that you spray for cockroaches

When we took possession of our DELUXE king suite, the bathroom had not been cleaned. The shower was full of hair and sand, and the toilet seat was absolutely disgusting. There were no fresh clean towels and no soap. The walls were yellow and the room had a strong smell of mold. We asked the front desk to send someone to clean the bathroom while we were heading out. When we came back, we've been told it had been done BUT IT WAS A LIE : the room was in the same exact state. I was then told that a full cleaning would be scheduled the next day, which is absolutely inacceptable. I had to insist on changing room which they finally ended up doing - after telling me there was no other room available...

Clean room. Did a 10 day stay. You GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . My ac wasn’t as great . But was reasonable to stay at considering I was out during the day anyways. SOME staff were nice. Towels weren’t always clean when given to us.

Do your self a favor don’t even bother looking at this place. It was my worst stay ever in my life. The place is disgustingly filthy full of cockroaches, sofa smell like urine and the place was so run down. So please if you have family with kids plz go else where.

The room smell like.mold in the bathroom, kitchen area as soon as you open the door. I saw cokeoach by the t.v. The bed was dirty and dust found on top of the headboard. I slept 4 hours with the balcony door open as to not breath the bad odor in the entire room. I will never stay here.

The room was very old and outdated. There was no hot water—only room-temperature water—and there was hair on the shower walls, which was unacceptable. No extra blankets were available, and although this room was advertised as a suite, it clearly was not. The pool was extremely small, and the front desk was consistently very busy, making it difficult to get assistance. Breakfast was disappointing: one paper bag per room per day containing only a small bag of popcorn and a Nature Valley bar. There was no heat in the room, and the air unit only allowed low, medium, or high fan settings with no real temperature control. The carpet was filthy. While the room had a kitchen, there were no pots, pans, or microwave provided. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Great location if you don’t mind music and crowd noise. Sounded like everyone was having fun which was great. Room was disgusting! Paint falling off shower tile and cleaning staff left covering drain ea day..obviously not cleaning. Walls & cab doors all falling apart, stained & disgusting. We wore flips to take a shower..in Luke warm or cold water. 0 hot water entire time. Bedding smelled and felt clean..shower curtain looked as hadn’t been washed in years! And when you get there they charge you an “amenity” fee of over $30 per day up front. We used NO amenities! Staff was always nice, but then we never complained about anything.
