Location wise, you're practically at the main center of Waikiki where everything is in a good walking range. The hotel itself is pretty good, you get a nice amount of amenities and staff is helpful. We unfortunately had bed bugs in our first room but when we asked to change our room, they were able to give us a close equivalent and said they would issue a refund for the first night. Our second room turned out to be just fine and had basically all the same amenities. Overall, I'd say the place is a little old, but if you want a good vacation space for a budget, stay here.

I actually love my room as far as location goes however, the room that was rented to me with that be used all the time because it took three days of the six days I stayed to get rid of the smell, which was like my grandmother‘s basement other than that everything else was Not so bad

We stayed here as our first stop, first couple nights we were too busy to notice. Woke up covered in bug bites. When we looked under the sheet the bugs were crawling EVERYWHERE
