We were surprised to find that each of the hotel rooms are owned by individuals and are not at all furnished like they were pictured in the advertising. This make it impossible to really know what your getting. The kitchen was there but we had to ask for silverware, bowls for salad and a cooking sheet. Honestly the kitchen was fairly useless. We bought food at Costco to prepare but some of it wasted because it was such a hassle to cook. Parking was on the seventh floor which meant an extra 5-7 minutes going round and round and round to get to parking. Spots were tiny! The end tables near the bed smelled sour. So sour we couldn’t but our clothes in them. They need to be replaced. The bathroom drawers needed some contact paper or something to cover the water stains. Let’s just say this place was definitely not worth $1500 for five days. By the end of the trip we were used to the accommodations and had accepted it as ok. This place was large but not maintained as well as it should have been.

The pros for me was location to the Pali hwy, kitchen, room size and windows with a great view. I read the reviews on line and since I am a self described hotel snob, this hotel seemed perfect for us for our 5 day trip to visit family nearby. The reviews were great. However, the room didn’t look like the photos. It was very worn out. Chipped furniture and paint. Old couch that creeped me out to sit on. Room had food crumbs on couch and counters as well as being sticky. I got a bug bite sitting on the couch and my husband found a cockroach in the bathroom (we were in the 21st floor). Parking was listed as $30 online but was actually $45. Parking was secure and staff was polite and very nice. Price was good but was commensurate to the quality of the hotel. I wouldn’t pay more. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was clearly a smoking room. No additional rooms were available. The "Mountain View" was looking at a brick wall. We had to keep the drapes closed because people across the way could clearly see directly into our room.

Nice room, kinda nice there was a stove top and a fridge. Homeless people out side not aggressive, 7-11 nextdoor was subpar but worked out. Definitely worth the price compared to our room at the Hilton resort on Waikiki

Disappointing stay- will never come back

The name of my room was a joke itself: Delux Suite. I would turn around the minute I stepped out of the elevator and saw the lobby if I had a choice. Old, poorly maintained hotel, dirty and stinky. To complete the list I found s bug in the fridge. See pictures they worth a million words.
