We were surprised to find that each of the hotel rooms are owned by individuals and are not at all furnished like they were pictured in the advertising. This make it impossible to really know what your getting. The kitchen was there but we had to ask for silverware, bowls for salad and a cooking sheet. Honestly the kitchen was fairly useless. We bought food at Costco to prepare but some of it wasted because it was such a hassle to cook. Parking was on the seventh floor which meant an extra 5-7 minutes going round and round and round to get to parking. Spots were tiny! The end tables near the bed smelled sour. So sour we couldn’t but our clothes in them. They need to be replaced. The bathroom drawers needed some contact paper or something to cover the water stains. Let’s just say this place was definitely not worth $1500 for five days. By the end of the trip we were used to the accommodations and had accepted it as ok. This place was large but not maintained as well as it should have been.

Washer and dryer was in the room. Room was very spacious and good views from the 38th floor. Room was clean, two TVs in the room, separate bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Only negatives are hallways are narrow and room is just a little dated. Parking was on the 6th floor and was $47/day. No resort fee.

Location was key for me as I attended an event nearby. My room was needing renovation. The neighborhood around the hotel after dark is sketchy at best and not safe. I walked the two blocks from my event back to the hotel with someone following me. I ducked into a convenience store only to have this person waiting for me as I exited. In daylight, I had issues with hotel security. After checking out and waiting for my Uber, I was accused of loitering because I opted to sit on a bench high retaining wall. Not planning on returning to this property.

The hotel is in very convenient location. They are 7-Eleven, MacDonald, restaurants with 5 mins walking. The view on the 35 floor is incredible. Although its facility is a bit old, it is very near from Pier 2. I will recommend for one night stay before a cruise. Its staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel was older but for the cost it was pretty good. The good: upon arrival they moved us to a two queen instead of one king suite, the suite had a full kitchen plus washer and dryer, it was clean and had everything we needed. The not so good: parking was $45 per night. Sheesh! Customer service was okay during checkin but other than that staff don’t engage at all by saying welcome or acknowledging presence unless waiting at a counter. No good morning. Nothing. The parking attendants in the garage were very nice though.
