The stuff was great! It was not 4 or 5 star hotel.the jacuzzi was always taken, no matter what time you go. The parking was extremely expensive. The room was big, the bathroom had weird smell. Super close to the beach,but umbrellas always extra $ per day, they’re providing few clocks away for free but not convenient.

Staff is great the rooms are clean and resort is nice. Waikiki beach is right infront and McDonald’s is right beside you too. Perfect location just the bathrooms need to be updated to more modern looks. Standing shower and bigger instead of the tubs.

The staff was very friendly. The environment is beautiful and perfectly located. We enjoyed the convenience of water refill stations and the onsite convenience store (ABC). The restaurants within the resort were fantastic specifically the ramen restaurant. The infinity pool was gorgeous. Fresh beach and pool towels as needed was fantastic. If you meet a bartender named Bennett he’s the best! The only reason it wasn’t five stars is the bathroom and the house keeping. Unfortunately the bathrooms seem to have a fan or ventilation however it doesn’t work. When we messaged the staff about the entire bathroom being soaked from top to bottom due to no ventilation in such a small space they said “the fans are in there and they work but you just can’t hear them”. We showered with the door cracked the entire stay. You can tell it’s a previous problem as the bathroom had signs of mold in various spots. The housekeeping staff is great however I guess because of the amount of floors and rooms the room service wouldn’t come til late afternoon or evening such as 4 pm or 5 pm. If we were in the room getting ready they couldn’t service the room which was often. We did restate the issues upon check out in which they thanked us for letting them know again.
