The stuff was great! It was not 4 or 5 star hotel.the jacuzzi was always taken, no matter what time you go. The parking was extremely expensive. The room was big, the bathroom had weird smell. Super close to the beach,but umbrellas always extra $ per day, they’re providing few clocks away for free but not convenient.

When I arrived at the hotel and left my car in the front of hotel, vault boys told me that always someone should be sitting in the car while I am going through checking. This was unfriendly and disrespectful for a guest who just arrived after an overnight flights. My room supposed to be ocean view but I have to close the curtain all the time because I was looking at the other building in front of my window. I asked people in luggage room to transfer my luggage to my room but after one hour I have not heard from them and took my luggage to my room myself. flight.

Staff was really helpful and so nice! The room looks a little old but clean and everyday cleaned. The pool area was so cool, but the hot tube was empty when we went.

All of the staff there was very kind and amazing! Everything was great. The room was a little outdated compared to the entrance and lobby, but it did the job. The location is also great. Would stay here again.

The lobby was stunning and felt very welcoming as we arrived. The rooms were clean with a great view and housekeeping was excellent. This is a great hotel as it is centrally situated and offers a very comfortable experience.
