The stuff was great! It was not 4 or 5 star hotel.the jacuzzi was always taken, no matter what time you go. The parking was extremely expensive. The room was big, the bathroom had weird smell. Super close to the beach,but umbrellas always extra $ per day, they’re providing few clocks away for free but not convenient.

The room wasn’t cleaned regularly. The jacuzzi wasn’t working there was loud construction all day. There was a manager named Justin at the ramen restaurant that was very rude to us. Used profanity when asked a question. Wasn’t the best stay for us for $2,500+. Would not recommend this.

The room was very clean and I loved the partial ocean view. Tamara checked me in and was very kind and helpful. My plans had completely changed so I was a bit down. Not only did she listen to me, she added a credit to my room to enjoy dinner. It was truly kind and a phenomenal display of customer service.

The room was nice and hotel is in a good location. Would like to offer the following feeedback. When checking in, guests should be notified to check their emails or tv to receive hotel information. Walked into room and the tv was on but didn’t know why. Actually thought someone was in the room. Refrigerator had food from previous guests. The cleaning supplies/air freshener in the halls is overwhelming, so much you could taste it. Because we didn’t know to look at emails to get maps for food, we stopped by the concierge for suggestions. We were told to google. It might also be nice to let guests know if events are planned during the time of stay. Two of the three days, the swell pool and bar were closed for private events yet guests are charged resort fees?

Small but important poor service not enough staff to handle service desk ,forget to make ordered wake up call which made my fly almost missed .generally the weekest part of my hotel expierience was the staff
