The stuff was great! It was not 4 or 5 star hotel.the jacuzzi was always taken, no matter what time you go. The parking was extremely expensive. The room was big, the bathroom had weird smell. Super close to the beach,but umbrellas always extra $ per day, they’re providing few clocks away for free but not convenient.

Improvements that they may consider are eliminating the classification of the entire pool area as a restaurant so that guests can take their own food and drinks in the area. Classify some of the area as a restaurant so that Hawai'i laws are abided by. We had leftover food in our room. We forgot to bring plastic ware from the restaurant. My wife asked from two sets of plastic ware from the pool bar and they asked her how she wanted to pay for the plastic ware. She rightfully laughed at them and the person helping her decided that she could have the plastic ware for free. How generous(sarcastic smile). One of the bartenders was extremely rude regarding me having a McDonald's bag on the table. He will remember me. I didn't know the "no outside food" rule. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have some conspicuous signage to let people know that outside food is not allowed in the area to avoid an unnecessary confrontation with a guest. The front desk employees were amazing! We interacted with them a few times during our stay. Tamara was the person who checked us in after we arrive. She was amazing! The others we interacted with were also very nice. Our daily housekeeping service was completed by a very nice person. The bathroom is very small. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.
