Our room was ok. Beds and pillows need updated. Air-conditioner was ok. It was a non smoking building but room next to use smoked Marijuana every morning. The smell came into our room. Only one evaluator was working and it was very slow. .

The place was a dump. Lance the night desk Manager needs to go to Dale Carnegie training. On check in we were assigned a lesser room than we paid for. It had less than a full sized bed rather than the queen we had reserved. We were told it was all they had. They did manage to cram a roll away into the room. Fortunately, they were able to change our room in the morning to what we reserved. It is a big building and only one elevator was working. The other has apparently been closed for some time: under renovation. We are thrifty by nature often willing to trade price for sparkle, but this place tested us. Peeling water stained wallpaper throughout. Generally dingy. Not a pleasant place. No we will not stay there again and we do expect compensation for the left over “ room closet” they put us in the first night.

We reserved a queen room, we called a day or two ahead to confirm they would hold it for us, as we were arriving late. On arrival we were assigned a very small room with barely a full sized bed. We were told it was all that was available. Lance the night desk attendant should attend Dale Carnegie classes. They did manage to jam a roll away into the room. The rest of the staff was helpful.They did find us a different room in the morning. Only one elevator was working. The wallpaper was stained and peeling. We are not choosy people, but the place was a dump. Very disappointing,

I think for the price paid, there is a lot of upgrading that needs done. It’s a little ridiculous that your room fee doesn’t cover all the normal hotel services such as room cleaning, towels etc. we had to pay an additional $40 some in dollars for these services even though we only stayed one night. Also, parking was another $37.

The air conditioner didn’t work in our second room. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t adequate and we got tired of complaining. The front desk couldn’t do anything but tell us the manager will be back on Monday. Frustrating!

Nice place need some upgrades but overall clean comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would book here again. One elevator was under construction but the wait for the elevator was not that long. Great location and walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Overall great place to stay and not expensive
