Beautiful view depending on what you get very friendly staff. First time in Hawaii amazing location with amazing people would definitely recommend this place next to Lagoon convenient location next to Café and ice cream shop and a restaurant downstairs. Also, it convenient store. Right across it was the ABC. Great for wheelchair as well. Rooms are very clean. Had a little kitchen to cook, breakfast or lunch or dinner laundry nearby, which was a plus beautiful views from the balcony thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable and being For being so accommodating.

The photos are greatly deceiving. This use to be an old apartment complex that they slapped new paint on. The rooms are run down and the AC unit is about 15 years. You can’t open the balcony because the AC unit outside blows such hot air. The air is so hot you can’t even touch the chairs. The area around is run down and smells like pee. The elevators are barely running and constantly break. The hallways are about 95 degrees too. The property is deceitful in advertising and a majority of the reviews are spam bots.

Amazing hotel great experience

Amazing amazing amazing! The hotel is located right next door to Hilton Hawaiian Village. The unit and lanai is huge and includes a large room with king bed and full living room. Kitchen has sink fridge stove/oven and lots of appliances. We got the ocean view facing the Hilton and could see diamond head and the lagoon. The other sides either face the marina or the city. The hotel has multiple shops in the lobby and several really nice restaurants. The roof top Empire steak club was spectacular - the views the food the service was 5 star. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. This is a very well maintained condo hotel. Perk that Valet allowed us to leave the car on checkout day until 11p which was great as we had a late flight. They also held our luggage for a few days when we took a side trip to Kauai which saved us from having to take luggage we didn’t need. Highly recommend this listing.

It was okay

The location is good because you're right next to the lagoon, which is perfect for kids. And it's within walking distance to Ala Moana mall (10 min walk) The rooms are comfortable, but the bed is on the harder side. And the AC was temperamental. It would be really cold, then felt like it was struggling. There were lots of fresh, clean towels and the kitchen is nice when you have leftovers to reheat. The pool is basic, but was okay if you're looking to just go for a dip.

EVERY hotel, fancy or not, needs to double their inventory on wash cloths. If our room is not cleaned first thing in the morning, we are always left without wash cloths. That is my only issue.

Overall it was good. Hotel is kind of outdated in the rooms. Good to have the kitchen. Chester front desk was so amazing and staff overall 10/10 friendly. They give two bottles of water free per day and also free ice cream daily for Hawaii that's a big deal. Nothing is free. Check in is very fast very easy less than 2 mins and no lines. The grill and aroma cafe has very good food! Close to lagoon and beach maybe 5 min walk.
