The room was very clean. I asked for a microwave which was immediately brought up to room at no charge, unlike other hotels which will charge you. The staff was courteous and the hotel had a vibrant atmosphere. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach where one can catch public transportation in front of the hotel. Shopping and dinning within reach just steps away. The ocea view from the lanai was fantastic.

For the breakfast on the 21st floor nice view and excellent staff 👌 but totally disappointed with the food ..totally cold ...even eggs ...prime rib was hard as leather...thus only ate there once ...every other restaurant had excellent food 😋

Property is run down, old. Not terrible, but not inviting. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Text from staff was quick and polite, but front desk staff were stiff and not aloha friendly. The night security guard was super helpful! Asked for a late check out after checking in after midnight, they gave us ONE hour and threatened to charge $30 per hour after that! Not very Aloha. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Great location, right across from the beach and beach rentals included in the hotel fees so its convenient. 2nd time staying at the Twin Fin and you can tell this time around the building and rooms need a freshen up. Mildew in the shower behind the complimentary shampoo and condition bottles, paint and fixtures all worn and in need of maintenance. But if you’re only planning on using it as a home base for sleep it’s perfect

Hotel was okay- nothing special! Rooms were clean but nothing special Staff was friendly enough. Location was great if you want to sit on Waikiki Beach. Tiki Bar restaurant is very good. Credits for renting chairs at Beach Candy is a bonus. To me it is a 3⭐️not a 4 ⭐️

The staff was very accommodating, the valet was 10/10!! The view from our room was 1000/10 I spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean view and fresh air even watched the Friday night fireworks from our balcony. There was so much around us we were able to walk to get coffee, to get something to eat even walked to the shops and of course the beach is just feet away from the hotel lobby!! We enjoyed our stay at Twin Fin.
