The hotel was tired and dated. Shower tray plastic and cracked with almost no lip so floor got very wet. No housekeeping unless reservation was for 5 or more days, so bed unmade and no clean towels. Hotel refused to hold luggage even though we were returning in 3 days. Bar often closed. Good location and sized room

Everything was really good, staff was friendly, room was clean however the beds are not comfortable. Both my husband and I had very sore backs after staying here for four nights. Every morning we would need to go for a walk just to get our backs loosened up. The morning walks were nice however the sore backs were not. Other than the beds I think the hotel is in a great location and good amenities.

Room was great! Staff were very welcoming and kind. Cleaning ladies were very nice. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be coming back. Great location, close to downtown and the beach. Very nice to stay. Felt at home here.

We rented 2 rooms for 10 days. Beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable. One of the matrasses had deep dip and impossible to sleep. Lobby and pool area are very clean, but hallways and rooms are never vacumed. Staff is very friendly and location is great.

The room was in good condition, it was in a nice location. There is no breakfast, which sucks to spend 100 every day on breakfast. The pool towels are ridiculous. You have to have a towel card to get a towel. Housekeepers came every other day. We had quite a bit of trash by then. They didn’t even sweep the floor when they came in. Waikīkī area is very expensive, could have been better if the hotel catered to the guests a little better. For 6000, for one week.

The first day of our 6 day stay was miserable. The room we were given did not have a sofa bed; we discovered it too late in the evening to change rooms, and the check-in clerk implied that our reservation did not come with a sofa bed. The room also had an AC that did not work well, the refrigerator was humming loudly, the room had a faint musty smell, and we could hear other guests as it was on the amenities floor. The next day, after showing that our reservation did specify a sofa bed, a much more helpful reception clerk was able to switch our room to another floor which had a sofa bed and properly working appliances, and it was the type of room that I had expected when I booked the hotel. If our room was not switched, our Hawaii vacation would have been a disaster. I rate the room on our first night one star, and the room for the other five nights five stars.
