We were in walking distance of several restaurants, shopping areas, and beach. The room service menu was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a kitchenette that suited our needs perfectly.

Decent value

Suite was comfortable. Nice to have the kitchen. Air conditioning was sufficient, but rather loud. Not central air. Had to turn the bedroom unit off to sleep. If you can sleep well with white noise then it would be okay. Valet parking was good, usually fast. Housekeeping every other day.

Great hotel, great location

Great location, beautiful view from balcony, well maintained, tastefully decorated premises, large, comfortable room, and nice happy hour with live music and hula.

It may a bit dated, but for the price, location and staff made our stay a very pleasant experience. The location adjacent to sprawling Fort DeRussy made a very pleasant backdrop and easy access to the Beachwalk.

The staff is very friendly. Even after we checked out we were still able to store our luggage and have access to facilities.

An upgrade was never offered or mentioned. I booked a one bed room with sofa bed but I was given a room with a king bed. It was resolved but had to go downstairs again to exchange the room key. The property does not provide bottled drinking water and my cousin had to go to the closest convenience store across the street. Sofa bed was ok but hotel did not provide extra pillows and a blanket. I had to woke up around 2 am to get and use the bath towel as my blanket as it got too cold.
