The hotel is a vibe! Great bar and pool chairs. Has a 60s/70s feel. Rooms were clean and had similar vibe. Hotel itself has a bit of a ‘motel’ feel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Pick your room wisely. Had me in a king room directly above a speakeasy that plays music until 1 a.m. for two out of four nights. Should just advertise it for people wanting to party down as it was a large room. Housekeeping, and front desk staff, no matter what time of day, were great, and very accommodating. Tons of amenities, and clean rooms. Proximity is close to beach and shopping. purchase earplugs if you draw the short straw.

This motel is grossly misrepresented in media photos. The bar is cool and clearly a popular spot for tourists and locals alike. The accommodation spaces are filthy dirty, stained and unmaintained. The pool is ok. The location is a close walk off the main Waikiki strip, but the block between the White Sands and the strip is very smelly (garbage and dumpsters) and a popular smoking and sitting spot for unhoused locals. The room itself was musty and dirty; very musty. There was black mold in the shower tiles. Patio was unusable as it was directly over an alleyway and facing another apartment building. This is a hostel experience for Hawaiian resort prices!

$200 in valet fees, $140 in resort fees, plus a $200 hold on the card (that is still showing as a hold on my account over a day after checking out. Place had roaches. Its cute and the tiki bar is fun but the fees were more than the god damned stay at the hotel. Probably wont be back here again.
